State Bank Of India [SBI] — investment intermedi debit of 295 rupees three times in a day

I have account in sbi, my mobile no [protected] pls tell me why 295/- rs is debited from my account, total 3 times debited from my account day by day from 3 jan to 5 jan. And transfered to investment intermedi without my knowledge. So pls kindly help me to stop this deduction. Your support would be highly appreciated.
