State Bank Of India [SBI] — itr number generated but payment not received

Address:

P4, Ksdidc industrial area, mahadevpura, 2nd floor HDFC Bank, Near Phonex mall, Bangalore, Karnataka 560048, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560094

I have done payment through phonepay to flipkart and due to some reason flipkart have referred my money and i have received utr no but payment not received.
Even i have visited sbi bank mahadevpura branch bangalore but denied to help and asked me to visit branch office.
I stay in bangalore and branch office is mumbai.

Please help as i don't have single rupee in my packet.

Kindly resolve the issue as Phonepay is not ready to healp and i felt Phonepay is fraud company and don't have any system for customer.

I hoping help from SBI bank as I have already shared my UTR number.

I am attaching Phonepay customer support team they asked me to contact Bank.
