This branch is far too much.It has been debuting locker rent unreasonably and by pointing out to the branch manager and service manager nothing has been done foe the reversal of excess charged.They say the system has debited it wrongly and they have no say in it.This is against public policy by a public sector bank.
On earlier occasions too penalty was debited on RD instalments paid in advance.The manager though promised to reverse them 5 months earlier never bothered to do so.
Locker agreement was never completed and handed over to the customer.The bank branch wants only the customers to fulfill everything but the lazy people managing the branch do nothing.No courtesy can be seen when one visits the branch.
In 2019 PPF instalments were deposited within 5-4-19 but were credited later thus engulfing the interest for the month of April.Repeated follow up with written acknowledged letter(by the branch manager )was done but all in vain.
The present manager doesn’t want to put in any efforts at all.No replies to our messages or e mails are received at all.It seems customers have to live at the mercy of banks with no say at all for them.
Approaching senior officials also doesn’t help at all.No one has the time to follow up for years.
