State Bank Of India [SBI] — Late fees in the month of october

Dear sir /madam,

I am regular user of sbi credit card since 2007.

As my debit card lost last month, i got bit late in making payment towards my credit card.

Therefore, in the month of october sbi charged me late fees of rs.700/.

However, i have made payment after two three days, then too they charged me late fees.

Kindly instruct sbi to reverse late fees which they charged in month of october and previously also.

I shall be thankful to you for this.

During last month, As my debit card lost, I was quite unable to payment.

However, i was only late for a single day.

kindly instruct SBI to deduct late fees levied on my account.
