State Bank Of India [SBI] — Lien amount not released against IPO application

I had applied for Clean Sciences IPO on 9th July 2021, and there was hold amount of INR 1, 44, 000. Already people were allocated shared of Clean Sciences on 15th July 2021, but my lien amount is still not released. On top of it, I am unable to see my IPO application as well on the SBI Platform. Hi,

I had applied for IPO INDIA PESTICIDES LTD for that amount 148000 INR was blocked and unfortunately IPO was not allocated to me.

Blocked amount for IPO application was not released and still showing under lien amount. For that I have visited my home SBI branch multiple times and wrote to the support team as well.
It's been around a month now and the amount not yet released.
