State Bank Of India [SBI] — link failure during cash deposit in atm

I have deposited rs2000.00 at cash deposit machine at about atm, vss market complex, chhend colony, rourkela on 30.12.2017 while link was failed. Cash went inside the atm, but not deposited in my account. I have lodged a complaint in hard copy at rourkela town ship sbi branch at sector-19, rourkela on 01.01.2018. But it is not done till date.
