State Bank Of India [SBI] — locker rent deducted twice in a year

Address: Patna, Bihar, 800020

Dear sir,

My annual locker rent against account number-[protected] got deducted twice in 2017, 1st time deduction took place in April-17 and again SBI deducted in the name of locker rent in December-17.
Letter to branch manager also given still no update given by bank.
Kindly confirm when my deduction will be reverted back in my account.
