State Bank Of India [SBI] — Locker Request

I am Vishal Verma, SBI saving account holder via A/c no. [protected] and my wife Ruhi Verma via A/c no. [protected]. I was associated with SBI for more than 3 years. I and ruhi got marreid in December 2015. After that we went for the locker facility in Bangalore (Green Glen layout Branch). At the time of opening of locker we went for Unit link insurance plan of Rs. 75, 000 per year. All of sudden my posting is transferred from bangalore to gurgaon.

After residing in gurgaon, I visited nearest SBI branch for locker. When I visited to branch, Branch Manager informed me that you should have atleast one condition fullfil to open locker in Gurgaon Branch number - 16473 (Unit no 3& 4Veritas Business Unit Sector 53 - Gurgaon (Haryana[protected]. Branch manager informed me that locker is available but I should full fill any of the condition mentioned below :

1. I should have minimum account balance of Rs. 5 lakhs,
2. I should transfer my salary account in the said branch,
3. I should opt one more Unit linked Insurance Plan of atleast Rs. 50, 000/- per year for 10 years.

As a salaried person, I am not able to fullfil any of the said condition as of now.
I have read the instruction and the requirement for opening the locker facility but no where I found this 3 condition were mentioned.

Request you to please confirm to me that this 3 conditions were mandatory to open for the locker facility. I would like to talk to the senior most authority for the same and make request to provide me the locker without the above 3 condition. As I have took already One Unit linked insurance plan in August 2016 it was not possible for me to took again. Once my bonus cycle will come I ill try to take one more Unit linked Plan. But I want to check with you has SBI have this right to force consumer to fulfill these 3 condition.

23/02/2017- 200 rs. Debit charges
Sir,
I cant seem to be able to register online for net banking.
Every time I try registering it always say "Transaction not captured in FSS site.

I'll really appreciate it if you can help me. please.

I Balum Borade, SBI Payroll Account Holder A / C No [protected] and IFSC SBHY 20020060 I was associated with SBI for more than 5 years. I went to the Locker facility in Devlgaon Raja District Buldana. If I met manager 2 to 3 times while the locker is available, then it does not make the locker available for 15 days because there will be a need for midnight holidays.

Please provide the locker.
