    Dear Sir, My name is Bharath Sai Tadikonda, having account no : [protected], at SBI OLD Guntur Branch, GUNTUR. I have deposited an amount of Rs. 22, 000/- through CDM Old Guntur at 8:05 pm on 06/03/2017. But all of a sudden it has appeared on the screen that "your transaction has been cancelled and contact your branch for further compliance". Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    Dear sir i have linked my adhaar[protected] with my bank account ([protected]) and my lpg distributor also. My lpg id[protected]. But according to npci adhaar linking status in bank not linking. My bank said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account. Please tell me the solutions about this issue.

      Dear sir/madam,
      My name is lakeswar taye.. I have deposited the amount of rs 1500rs/- in the atm machine, dibrugarh gabharupathar branch assam, dibrugarh 786003 dated 1.3.2017 at 6.45am. Today six days running but it was not credited into my account it has shown that temporarily unable to process. Money has not came back.. And also not credited in to my account. On that day itself i have given complaint to sbi branch on the same day at 10am. They have taken the letter and they said that we will call you. But there is no call till. Or not credited the amount. You can check the camera footage also.. Please do the needfull

        My SB a/c no is [protected] with SBI Old MLA Qrts Hyd Code no 01880 I had made online payment on 13.02.2017 for Rs.638.00, towards TSSPDCL Electricity bill payment.(nos 36331094 transfer to 3199627).The Elcy dept said it did not receive amount till 4th March 2017.They sent another bill as Rs.638 paid on 13.02.2017 did not reach Elcy department so far.please trace and rectify

                No body person is call me and no one any SBi person call me...very bad
                Myself mrs.Vijayadevi Sutale had deposited a cheque on 25th of January 2017 in bhiwandi branch. It has been more than 30 days still it is not cleared. I has visited 2-3 time to know what is the issue but your staff didn't give me proper answer. I request you to clear my cheque as soon as possible.

                  Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

                  Dear sir

                  A refund of 699 rupees was successfully processed on 1 January 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    I had deposited the cheque on last wednesday - 1.3.2017, Still the process is not cleared - The cheque drawn from ICICI Velachery to my sbi account.

                    Since there is no updation in my balance, that the process is started or not, i am unable to get details, today i met them, they told me to wait still two more days or to come back and remind them, Then it moves more than a week.

                      Respected sir I Harpinder Singh ex army 7 Sikh Regt was retired on 30 November 2016 corrigendum ppo bearing number is S/45399/2016/army my account number [protected] State Bank of India Nehru gate batala my PPo received on November 2016 and all of my course mates got their pension and lumsum amount I am facing financial hardship please consider me has a special case pay the amount at the earliest. Thank you sir your faithfully.
                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I am really surprised to see how SBI harasses costomers even after so much of competition. Many people do not maintain accounts with SBI, they are much more comfortable with other banks. Many of them are PSU. Still their services are much better than SBI.

                      I had a pathetic experience with SBI Shakespeare Sarani Branch, Kolkata recently. I submitted an application for my change in Surname with changed PAN Card and Aadhar card. I was carrying both the original documents PAN Card and Aadhar Card with my changed surname. All other banks have changed my surname with PAN Card copy itself.

                      Mr Biswajit Chakraborty, branch manager of Shakespeare Sarani Branch Kolkata did not change my surname in my account even after seeing the original PLAN Card and Aadhar Card.

                      This is just harassment to the customers.

                        I have a personal savings bank account no. [protected] at your ADB Chhatarpur (MP) branch and normally transact online.

                        Yesterday on 5th March 2017 I tried to recharge my BSNL mobile phone ( UP East mobile no. [protected]) through SBI net banking from the same account. The amount Rs. 220/- has been debited from my aforesaid account as per the latest bank statement but the same has not been transferred to BSNL . The time indicated in my SMS from SBI is 16:36 .

                        The Transaction Ref. No.of above debited amount is IGAAXHVSB5 .

                        I request you to kindly look into this matter which affects my interest with net banking at this time when digital payment is becoming a dire necessity.

                            Hello sir/madam,
                            I'm sayyad jubed have bank account in SBI basmath.I had a master card debit card and it had expired on 12/2016.So i ask them i want to renew this.they tell me give the application @ counter no.7.The employee at counter 7 has taken application from me 3 times.I think he just takes application as a paper for dust bean.And they passes the customer to each other just like passing football to each other.One of the employee @ counter 5 tell me not to give any application it will regenerate new one automatically.Finally i've tried tollfree number but they told me either you have to submit application manually @ branch or you can apply from here if you have net banking.I dont have net banking so i thought i should take net banking first.I've filled online form @ onlinesbi for net banking but final approval from bank employees is mandatory.visited bank and as usual they are passing me to each other.Finally i thought i should have to open bank account @ BOI or Axis bank.Employees of SBI trying to make bank useless like them.

                              I have two accounts with sbi (pragatinagar) Ahmedabad.
                              1. a/c no. [protected] regarding this complaints are as follow.
                              (a) my old atm/debit card (master card) expired in july 2017 but I was not issued a new card till november 2017. when I asked or the new one at the branch with request of a type of new card with minimum annual charges, I was provided new one (visa debit card). Now this card has been charged 172.50 rs. As per the old charges. while most of the other customers are charged annually 115 rs. only. I don't need this much expensive card I already mentioned then also I have been charged 172.50 rs. I am not satisfied with the response of my demand by the bank in this case.
                              (b) recently I have submitted cheque book request through atm machine for the same account and I have been charged 57.50 rs for that. I am surprised last time I asked for the cheque book for this account on 26/10/2015. then why I have been charged now after almost 1.5 years? atleast I must be provided 20 leaves per year. every time they are charging for every leaf of check book. I am highly unsatisfied by this approach of the state bank of india.
                              (2) I have another joint account with my wife in the same branch a/c no.[protected] since last three years every years I am giving complaint for atm /debit card of this account is missing and got cancelled from the bank still they are charging 115 rs. for the card which is already blocked and new card is not taken by us. and telling that from next year it will not be charged. recently in this February also the same has been charged. this year blocking complaint number is [protected].

                                I tried frequently to contact on phone to internet section of help line / customer care of Sbi...I reached press 1 ...Then 4. Then 3...Phone rang on your end but not received...some times disconnected too from your end ( your end means from SBI customer care )
                                It is very poor service, carelessness to the service, harassment of customer
                                It is to the best of my knowledge & belief .
                                Please take strict necessary action against responsible person whether technical or others.
                                My intention only to regularise service for customers... Thanks

                                    I have a saving account no. [protected] branch code 2309 baswin aligarh uttar pradesh. I got a personal lone 490000 from this branch before 6 months. I paid emi rs 11600 per month timely. Two days before i know that my monthly emi rs 11336 and i paid per month 264 rupaye extra and bank take me ceabaill status grade 1 high risk. So that is fully wrong. Now that times i have no over dues. That grade is wrong. So please clear my actually grade.                                       I Mr. Bhabani Prosad Chakraborti, am a customer of State Bank Of India Mogra Branch (IFS Code: SBIN0004780) My Account no is [protected], I went to the ATM of SBI on 2/3/2017 at 10:30 AM approx for withdraw cash Rs. 6000/- (Rupees Six Thousand) only, I did the essential work card punching, verify pin no etc, but I did not get my cash by cause hang the ATM system or link failure, then I went to the AXIS Bank ATM and I withdrew cash Rs 6000/- (Six Thousand) only from the above stated account.

                                      I went to updating my passbook on 3/3/2017 and I observe that Rs 6000/- has been deducted for two times 1st for AXIS Bank ATM and another for SBI ATM on 2/2/2017, I have complain your Customer Care, The Complain Ticket No is [protected].

                                      Today I get a message from BX-SBIPSG "Dear Sir / Madam Your complaint with [protected] is under process for resolution & status is given as; INCORRECT TRANSACTION DETAILS, KINDLY RE-LODGE WITH CORRECT DETAILS.'." I can not released the meaning of the message.

                                      So I request you take the necessary action for the refunding the mis deducting amount to my account as soon as possible.

                                        Mr. Rk is manager.

                                        When branch opened 4 years back they gave locker with no other initial charges or fd.

                                        After that we deposit 50k for 35 months and today when i went to withdraw, mr. Manager said you can not withdraw as you have locker.

                                        He said "locker is for lakhpati and crorepati not for garib people". He added "jaha complaint karni ho kar lo kuch nahi hoga"

                                        I want to know rules of locker.
