I Mr. Bhabani Prosad Chakraborti, am a customer of State Bank Of India Mogra Branch (IFS Code: SBIN0004780) My Account no is [protected], I went to the ATM of SBI on 2/3/2017 at 10:30 AM approx for withdraw cash Rs. 6000/- (Rupees Six Thousand) only, I did the essential work card punching, verify pin no etc, but I did not get my cash by cause hang the ATM system or link failure, then I went to the AXIS Bank ATM and I withdrew cash Rs 6000/- (Six Thousand) only from the above stated account.
I went to updating my passbook on 3/3/2017 and I observe that Rs 6000/- has been deducted for two times 1st for AXIS Bank ATM and another for SBI ATM on 2/2/2017, I have complain your Customer Care, The Complain Ticket No is [protected].
Today I get a message from BX-SBIPSG "Dear Sir / Madam Your complaint with [protected] is under process for resolution & status is given as; INCORRECT TRANSACTION DETAILS, KINDLY RE-LODGE WITH CORRECT DETAILS.'." I can not released the meaning of the message.
So I request you take the necessary action for the refunding the mis deducting amount to my account as soon as possible.

I have posted requisition sleep for getting multicity cheque book for my saving account no. [protected] at SBI main branch Yavatmal. Nearly one month has gone but still I have not recevied my cheque book.
