State Bank Of India [SBI] — lost govt loan due to irresponsibility of manager

Pmegp loan sanctioned fr 2016. I ve fixed deposit nd rd in sbi. Though i requested lotthe manager neither accepted nor rejected the loan. After six months he told me to transfer my account nd to open new another account. I did everything finally he got transferred not even gave me consigned letter. My loan returned back, i lost valuable time nd money. Being trusted customer of sbh i feel shame that one of its branch is in worse condition.
