I closed my old saving bank account in SBI, wood house road branch, and opened a new one.
Consequently I asked SBI at that time only to transfer my linking with LPG DBTL link to new account.
I submitted Aadhar card, my last LPG bill of Bharat Gas as required by SBI.
I was assured my LPG link would be linked with new account in a day or two.
But surprisingly and regretfully, as per the clarification I made with Bharat Gas people customer care service, they said, my LPG account is still linked with old SBI account only.
I sent a reminder through email, reminding and requesting SBI to do the needful in the matter to link it with the new existing saving account as the old account does not exist and therefore there is no point to keep it linked with a dead account.
All the relevant details along with the screenshot PDF file of LPG account details were also attached but no response from SBI.
WHY?
I got to hold SBI legali liable for all the trauma and monitory losses we have to suffer due to SBI negligence and deficiency.
