State Bank Of India [SBI] — Making Medical Insurance Compulsory for Opening Account

SBI Kariapatti(TamilNadu) Branch. They are forcing customers to take medical insurance while opening account. Many people are villagers there. They are telling that it is mandatory to take medical insurance(Rs 200) for opening account. Every year they auto renewal it without knowledge of customers. If we ask they told that you only signed for auto renewal. For my account second year they auto renewal it. After that I wrote letter to Bank that I don't want renewal. But this year also they auto renewal it in my account. Take necessary action. They are behaving very rude because it is village

First i Login the new user name and password and create new user ID.After the few days I forget the user name and password.Please kindly requesting u to give the new userID and password to create a new net banking account

While am doing my online registration for net banking after submission of OTP it shows "TRANSACTION NOT CAPTURED IN FSS. Kindly rectify the problem thanks.
