[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — mandate fail chrg txn dt.-bajaj finance deducted twice

I have paid my emis on time till date.. Still mandate fail charge tax-bajaj finance deducted twice.

19 aug 2020- debit
Mandate fail chrg txn dt.[protected]bajaj finance

28 aug 2020-debit
Mandate fail chrg txn dt.[protected]bajaj finance

Reason for taking this platform is that i had already lodged the complaint for it on 28th aug with ticket no: [protected] on yono app. But today as 29th aug they have closed the the complaint without even informing the reason and still my query is not resolved. Complaint status is showing closed & i haven't received any msg or mail regarding it.
Kindly look into it as soon as possible.
