State Bank Of India [SBI] — misbehavior by the manager

I am an account holder in SBI bank since last 5-6 years. My saving a/c is [protected] I want to bring this to your kind attention that the Branch Manager (parveen rana) does not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason.
