Reference to the above please note that, i am a pensioner, who
Have regular banking transaction with the above branch.
Unfortunately, the service manager ms: bhavna walawalkar is very
Rude in approach with the customers.
She used to give vague and insulting reply to our queries.
Almost non co-operative, and mobile addict, irresponsible
Even towards senior citizen.
Due to this type of approach we are facing numerable difficulties
Both physically and mentally.
Myself is a paralytic person, who cannot spend more time.

Therefore you are requested to initiate corrective steps to
Give service to the customers.
