State Bank Of India [SBI] — MOD account is not operational since > 6 months

Address: Old Palasia, Indore

I have a saving account in SBI old Palasia branch, Indore.
I have MOD accounts linked with my saving account. since 6 months MOD account has been blocked. SBI is not solving my issue even after complaining 2 times. According to the Bank personal this is due to some software error. I am losing interest on my MOD account for this period.
Bank should be responsible for this.
