I have paid rs10000 using sbi pay app moeny has been xebited from my account but not credited or not refunded till now i tired to call customer care a through call and emails but they doesnt have a particular toll free number or they dont know about the situation
without having particular customer support team how they are advertising sbi pay application in bank
