State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money debited from my account but merchant not paid

I swipe my debit card on HDFC pos on 8th January 2016 for the amount of Rs. 37538. The amount debited from my account but merchant is not paid. I complained this issue to SBI customer care on 10th January 2016 but it has passed more than 40 days but they don't have any update about my money.
