Respected sir/mam,
I have paid my college fees through sbi collect, and i got the message of successful transaction on my mobile. But when i checked on payment history and reprint remittance form of sbi collect, there is no details of my transaction.
My money has been deducted from my account but has not reached to the college authority.
Please sir/mam help me, and try to refund my money as soon as possible. I have to pay my college fees.
