This letter is regarding the failed IMPS transaction which was done On 15.02.2022
for an Amount of 5000 Rupees (IMPS TRF P2A) Mode in internet banking with Sbi
yono lite.
Here is the reference number of the failed transaction .

Prement mode – (IMPS TRF P2A)
I got a transaction error and the money was debited from my account, but the
beneficiary hasn’t received the money.
Beneficiary is my own sister concern
I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out by guiding me
through the procedure for getting a refund.
