State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money deducted for a failed transaction but still couldn't get the money back.

On 23 Feb 2022 I tried to pay at a shop through upi from my sbi account, after some time it failed but money deducted from bank. Its 5 days now but still I couldn't get my money back. Where is my money. Due to technical problem everytime in SBI I lost my money?? I think I shouldn't open a account in SBI. Really disappointed with your Banking service. Please refund the money. Its a humble request from a customer.
