State Bank Of India [SBI] — money deducted reason hold of inr 2000 cerated

I got a message from sbi that, hold of inr 2000 created in your account xxx xxxxxx on 02/01/18.
Total lien amount : 4018 rupees.
I have not taken any loan or not having any demat account. Also didn't got any message for document submission. So, i want refund of that 2000 amount and also need clarification on lien amount.
I also went branch but didn't get any solutions.
