Why two times Rs. 206.50 get deducted??

24/07/18: 206.50 DR, DEBIT - Annual fees (this is unwantedly debited from the account)
25/06/18: 31.00 CR, CREDIT INTEREST
27/05/18: 330.00 DR, TO TRFR
24/05/18: 206.50 DR, DEBIT - Annual fees
