State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money has been deducted

Money(Rs.14841) has been deducted from my account no- [protected] with mobile number [protected], but I didn't get any text regarding that. I requested bank statement, I got the mail but password is not working at all. Please refund my money. Thank you

I called to customer care and told that money has been deducted. They gave branch manager's number. I am calling from 2 days but none picked the call.

From 1month they are telling that they will remove the hold but till now they didn't remove the hold. Waiting for so long. Fed up calling to customer care and visiting the branch many times.
