[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — my account has been stopped (response code 078)

My account has been marked as inoperative by sholinganallur, sbi branch, (Ifsc code‎: ‎sbin0010525) however last transaction was done on 03-april-2017. Normally for marking as dormant or inoperative requires 2 years of inactivity. Txn no - 4526 I am not living in chennai now, so can not visit the branch personally. Please help me out in this regard. Nov 28, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Account was made active after updating aadhaar by branch State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 22, 2017 Updated by aryavi2000 I got an update from sbi branch (Ifsc code‎: ‎sbin0010525) that my account has been made inactive due to non-submission of adhar. They asked me to send aadhaar number via replying to that e-mail and they will make my account active again. I sent aadhaar details as well as aadhaar screenshot on 21-Nov-2017, however still my account is in stopped status. Government deadline to update aadhaar was 31-Dec-2017, then how my account can be stopped without notifying me. Please help me out in this regard. Please help!!
