I have complained about my following problems with sbi and i got a response that all your queries have been attended to and resolved/closed (Attached image sbi complaint).
Today, i do not have any personal banking details since more than 4-5 months. I informed them that there's some issue with the details provided by them, but i have never heard back from them.
Also regarding the atm card, they have charged me various amount on various occasions for a card that is not active. They sent me an atm card after a long and cumbersome process, charged me extra for failing to get it delivered to the correct address. It was their fault but yet they charged me for their mistakes, but still the problem is unresolved.
The branch manager along with other staff have no intentions to cooperate and are least bothered.
As if that was not enough, all my banking details like my atm card number, and details on the card along with my a/c number is available with fake callers who keep calling me to get more and more details of my account on a regular basis. But i do not hear back from the concerned branch ever. It's been very long since i have complained with the sbi regarding this issue but have not received any information, thus i am uploading my complaint here.
Neither does their website (https://www.sbi.co.in/corporate/branchlocator.htm) responds properly (Attached image sbi 1). The branch locator is asking me to select the state, but the drop down is not showing any state in it.
