I am mainpal from village danger khera techil fazilka distric fazilka pin code 152122 house no 153 city abohar punjab.
Dear sir,
I did the challan to sbi for paic-2017 recruitment screen no: 8888 fee type :5065 and journal reference no is[protected]. The peyment til not recived. The copy of challan reference no is attached. I did the challan on 31-july-017
And 3-aug-2017 is last date for form submutting. So please do the peyment as soon as possible.

I have an joint account with sbi, city branch amroha ifsc code 3448 a/c No [protected]. I had applied for cheque book with my branch on 06 Jun 2017. No cheque book received till date. Request forward cheque book of 100 leaves at the earliest please.
