Hi Team, I was trying to do an online transaction from an international website through my debit card and the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account and is kept in lien amount. Please help fix the issue asap as I need the amount.

Today i got message from sbi,

200 rupees send by my friend and i did not received the balance kindly check my account and this type of activities happen many time before with me .
