State Bank Of India [SBI] — my sbi branch have cut 141 rupees charge without any reason | |||||
I have make online transaction of rs.300 on dt[protected] when i have rs.6000 balance (Clear balance rs.6000) in my sbi account but transaction fail. I have try it six time on same day but all time transaction fail. After this day dt[protected] i have check my online bank statment. The statment of dt[protected] show that "to transfer insuf bal pos decline charge-121217 total charge was 141.6 rupees." i have allready 6000 rupees in my sbi account on dt[protected] but still my online transaction of rs.300 fail due to insufficient balance. I can't understand what charges was it. I have complain online "https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS" but after 7 day there was a message in my mobile that "your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as : please raise your cms complaint in correct category i. E. Atm related..." after two day i have visit my sbi branch (Ghatlodia, ahmedabad), the manager tell me that the bank is right and that is your fault. You have make transaction of rs.300 before you have rs.6000 balance. That meance you have make transaction of rs.300 when you have insufficience balance. You have to go to customer care.
