State Bank Of India [SBI] — Need to return the original document

Hi

I have applied the Home loan at SBI Bidar Branch very long back ( almost 4 years back ) and submitted Housing loan allotment original copy ( KHB allotment copy ) and related required document, I come to know on those day loan is approved and all background verification has been completed but from branch they not released the amount which was approved.

But I or KHB didn't get the amount so now hopes are very less to get it done !!!

now I requested bank manager to return my all submitted original document to apply in other bank but he is not ready to return i don't why ?

Please can any one could help me on to get my original document from Bank - thanks
