Dear SBI team,
I have made NEFT transaction of INR 35, 000 more than 48 hours ago and the benefiary has not recieved the amount yet. I have recieved your confirmation receipts on email and money debited but beneficiary bank (DC Bank) has informed amount had not been credited to them, Please can you look into this on urgent basis. I hold NRO and NRE accounts and unable to contact on phone. below are details: ref/cheque no:- IRV2051584. INB NEFT UTR No: SBIN[protected].
