Improper manners of officials in that branch, ignorance of customer service (Not responding to our needs doing their own personal work in office timings).
When i visited to the bank to open an account the officer said it will take two days to open account (He was busy with his phone that time).
When i went back after two days they said not yet done, they said one more day.
Again i went and asked same reply from clerk they keep on delaying my work and finally they did after i shouted on them.

We are using this card from 6 month,
So we want to increase credit limit our,
Card limit is now 19, 500 only so we want,
Maximum limit till 75, 000 so only .
Please increase card limit.
