I have transferred 8500rs from Bhim app on 17 Jan but I got failure message and amount debited from bank account.
Till now amount is not transferred to the karnavati bank. Also not getting amount reverted to my account.

Please find attached screenshot for the transaction Id.
I also went to the sbi bank but did not get proper response from sbi guys.
