I, Milan Kinlekar, submitted a complaint on 6 February 2023 with 12 attachments..This was again sent on 31 March.NO ACTION YET. My complaints alleged that due to a nexus between SBI, SBICC, indoshop and transdeals, State Bank of India shared my personal details to SBICredit CArd, as a result of which I lost my FD of 43000/[protected] due to fraudulent withdrawals after I bought a dubious TransDeal package through IndoShop. SBICC has its headoffice in Delhi, and IndoShop and TransDEals operate from Noida/Delhi..The fraudulent withdrawals were made in Delhi. I LIVE IN GOA. SBICC alleged that I shared OTP and PIN Nos. which is untrue. There are many similar complaints on Consumer Complaints. My security was compromised and SBI Bank failed to protect my only hard-earned asset. Mega loan defaulters walk Scot-free and small fry are cheated of their meagre savings.
Three replies from SBICC between 7 and 13 February said that a representative would contact me and one asked me to send my complaint to sbicard.com/email. This email address is incorrect. I requested SBICC to contact me via email.
