Dear Sir., I'm Nizamuddin the account holder of the SBI bank resident of Frazer town Bangalore. Sir, in my home branch of SBI that is Richards town branch Bangalore there is no Proper response from staff. I came to bank at 2:05pm, she told me that she has to go for lunch and she left for lunch at 2:10 pm and she dint come back till now... At present the time is 3:15 pm sir.. this is from the counter number 15 Richards town branch.. kindly take a complaint sir as we are feeling lots and lots of difficulty...

I have transferred some amount through internet NEFT on 08/11/2016. the transaction was failed with UTR NO SBIN[protected] but amount was deducted and not credited till the date. I sent a mail to my home branch "MADHUBANBASAHA, SBIN0008474" but they did not even bother to reply to my mail.

Presently i am maintaining my SBI account at uthukuli Branch, Tamil Nadu, On[protected] I went to SBI PICHAMPALAYAM PUDUR SBIN0018246, TIRUPUR) Branch for collection of cheque & I was instructed by that branch manager that cheque can't be put for clearance since i have to put clearance of cheque where i hold an account.I informed to the branch manager about the core banking, but to the shocked and surprised towards the attitude of the branch manager & he is harshly shouted me by saying " seeing fake what's up & Facebook information you should not teach me" and also harshly shouted me to get off from bank immediately.This would cause severe mental agony which i could not express in words.For my bonafideness please ensure CCTV footage in the above Branch as on[protected].
