ALLEGATION 1

1. We have received the following two email message this day, about TDS deduction, which is wrong and illegal and to be refunded back.

Dear Customer, TDS of INR 14.00 deducted for interest paid on A/C No XXXXX256258.

Dear Customer, TDS of INR 16.00 deducted for interest paid on A/C No XXXXX671957.

2. Make a note that we had already submitted 15H on 1st April 2023 when we made a new FD on that day. And when we submit 15H, it automatically covers all our FD made with the bank by that day.

3. So whatever TDS have been deducted by you is totally wrong and illegal and hands to be refunded back into our account.

ALLEGATION 2
SBI sad
SCSS quarterly interest will go on credited only at 9:00 p.m. at the ending day of every quarter. And we cannot do anything as it is not in our hand and we have sent the issue to the competent authority.

We got to say in this reference

This reply we have been listening from you for so many months and you will repeat it for the next so many months too because you people in SBI believe in excuses to make customers fool rather than providing general solution in a genuine time frame. Provide the details of the technical team their name and email ID and a deadline, when the issue will be resolved.

ALLEGATION 3

You said
Contact the branch manager for all issues and problems. This reply is neither satisfactory nor acceptable.
We have referred to the branch manager only many times over different issues but no proper resolution was found in so many cases, we had to refer to regulatory authorities including PG portal and to you. But regrette fully you are telling us to contact the same branch who failed to provide genuine resolution. This is the reason why complaints are getting filed up with no resolution by you people because you believe in excuses to make customers fool and this is evident as per the heap of precedents we have in our record as very bitter experience with your SBI. When Subbarao and Popli were branch manager, they always helped to resolve the issue to our satisfaction, which is not at all observed with the current branch manager.

ALLEGATION FOUR

We got a shocking SMS from SBi with a threat notification to deactivate our net banking and mobile services, if correct mobile number is not submitted to the branch.
If so, how come their warning message reached t to us without any issue through the same mobile number registered with them.

You said
It is a system generated SMS.
This clearly prove that how deficient and negligent your system people are who failed to take care needed to keep their system update and consequently result into harassment and trauma and waste of time to customers. And such deficiency we had to face persistently in all your workings. Why we have to suffer so much due to your people in SBI?

ALLEGATION FIVE

1. For each every complaint, you say, contact the branch manager. We contact the regularity authorities were not satisfied with the branch. But still you say, contact the branch only. What is the sense in providing such answer.
2 after so many months, you are telling us that the culprit mangal sali, did not behave wrongly. Why such a false defence after so many months?
3. We have lodged our complaint, immediately after the incidence. At that point why didn't you say that we are lying and you staff is innocent.
4. This clearly proves you are lying just to defend this rascal, who had miss behaved with obscene remarks to my wife when Subbarao was the chief manager. and you are saying there is no complain against this rascal.
5. This clearly proves how down your moral has gone and obviously we will take up this matter to police and court to teach you people the cruel lesson.
