State Bank Of India [SBI] — No response on adding my account details to online banking

The following mail has been sent to the respective branch of SBI Kodambakkam on January, Even after so many follow ups through phone and emails. I have got no response or solution to this.

In the online banking portal we are only able to see the original Home loan and the savings account details, But unable to see the Top up loan account. For the purpose of tracking, Please help to link it with the online banking portal.
