I have submitted my life certificate to dealing manager mr satija of my sbi branch sector 12 dwarka delhi on 05 nov. He has given me receipt and told me that it will be uploaded. But he has not uploaded my life certificate inspite of my repeated requests. My pension has not been credited to my bank account. Please investigate & take remedial measures.
