I have a savings bank account located at asansol branch of sbi, asansol. I have made aadhaar linking several years bank with that account. They have been paid lpg subsidy on that basis. A few months back i have changed my mobile number to present one on submission of kyc form, aadhaar card and driving licence. 2 days back i have sent a representative with copy of aadhaar card for reentry if required. The bank informed her that i have to submit personaaly kyc form etc to link it. As i am residing far away from the bank i have made re - aadhaar link with the account through online banking.-at first i was informed that it has been successfully done. Today i have been re-informed that request with uidinb[protected] could not be validated and i have to go branch office. This is nothing but harassment to a customer.
