Respected sir,
I have been requesting purba putiary sbi branch manager since 16th may 2017 for inclution of my wife' s name in family pensioner in the pension a/c at my branch.
But unforunately my request not been initiated till date.
I am enclosing the photo of receipt copy for your further corrospondence please.
Please treat it most urgent.

I am standing from last 30 minutes in SBI bank chhehratta but concerns enjoying in bank Manager room.All people waiting but staff doesn't care.
