My name is balkrishna roy. I am a retired government servant and i have pension account in sbi, a. G. Colony, sheikhpura, patna.

Myself 80 year old have pension account in sbi, a. G. Colony branch, patna. Validity of my atm debit card expired and i approached the bank branch at a. G. Colony, and where i am refused to be issued the atm card saying that the same would be issued only after 15 days and which shall be dispatched to my patna address only. After two days of running here and there i am informed of this. Sbi authority refused to issue debt card and hand over directly to me. Due to old age and severe kidney disfunction and being chronologically diabetic i am unable to make so many rounds to bank but despite explaining this sbi officials troubled me again and again by refusing to entertain my request. Today on 13.06.2017 they refused finally to issue me atm debit card. I am unable to buy medicine and other things due to this.
