May i bring to your kind notice that i have applied for issue f atm card on 14.10.2017 at least three times and even submitting address proof of aadhaar but every time the same has not been received by me so far in respect of my s/b pension account no. [protected]. I have personally contacted my brach at iit campus, new delhi and replied that it has been dispatched on 25th october, 2017 but it has not been received so far. Kindly investigate in the matter there is something wrong in the system. Wrong information is being given by the bank? The amount deducted earlier from my account may also be refunded immediately.
