State Bank Of India [SBI] — non receipt of sms

I have a saving account in SBI sector 37 C Chandigarh. In spite of repeated complaints to branch I am unable to get SMS on my registered mobile. Messages of withdrawal through ATM are received but SMS for deposit or manual withdrawal/transfer are never received. More than four times cash is deposited and so many times the amount is withdrawn or transferred but I have never received the SMS. My SMS alert was reset by the branch but without any result. Please arrange to solve my problem as early as possible.
