[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Non refund of amount debited from account-debit card usage

I used debit card for rs.8000 withdrawal on 14-3-17, amount did not dispensed by atm, i wrote a complaint on 15-3-17 to sbi shivaji nagar branch, bhopal. Rs.2000 refunded on 27-3-17. After that i wrote 3 complaints and 5 times visited the branch. Till now i do not received amount. Sbi-shivaji nagar, link road 1, branch code 30382, contact:[protected], 2762595.
Sbi complaint id [protected] dt 18-3-17. No one can response in the branch. Please refund the amount as early as possible.

No cash in d atm in gulbarga city...how many times v go nd wer ever v go nd check v will not get d cash in d atm... I'd this is d case how could v transact...wat r atm machine nd atm card ment for...take a serious action on this...it's very problematic wen we need cash nd if v don't find any atm with cash...
