State Bank Of India [SBI] — Non refund of money of failed transaction reg.

I am Vikram, I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC but was unsuccessfull . Kindly help me to get the refund from IRCTC. So kindly do the needfull and get the refund .

Payment failed but amount debited.

Payment/ refund Not yet Received. Kindly refund my debited amount Rs. ₹5077.20 asap.
