State Bank Of India [SBI] — Non seriousness towards customer complaints | |||
Res sir my credit card was misused by registering his mobile number, the same was complaint registered with sbi cards where they have assured me to verify where it was happened and recovering the same but after five months they send a verification letter and the amount which was shopped by fraud man for sum of Rs:35, 000/and they simply demanded to pay by me and the cause they shown was simply the card was my name.i have not even used my reward points from the beginning, and they have send all banks against me as a defaulter and i didnot get any loan from any bank these were happened without my knowledge and any intimation simply they blamed me, now lastly i had paid on the assured given by his lawyer that they will send whatever dues on them but now they are telling my card is not active so they couldn't refund reward points, how can it possible when i have paid the dues when it was not active.that means they can take the dues any time but when the turn comes on them they simply telling the same.kindly rectify my problem how shall i proceed further.
