State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not able to open current a/c

This is to inform u that i went to open current a/c in orderly bazar branch varanasi u. P. But due to un health manet by the banker i was note able to open my account insted of having all the documents in a proper manner they just said that the document is in complete they even don't know that now the firm registration certificate is comming with digital signature they just said they want it in colour print. If sales tax department is giving the registration certificate in black and white form then how come i will give in colour. They said make me run from counter to counter and at the last they wer not able to open my account the document which i gave them was addhar card, pan card, firm certificate, firm pan card, partner ship deed kyc form and some more documents. They make me run for 2 days at the last they were not able to open my account. This was my worst experience with sbi bank. Sir just kindly let me know if this type of manner will be in the bank then how your theam ho on with this.
