    I sunil kumar kushwaha would like to draw your kind attention on the negative responsibility and behavior of some staff of sbi, satna madhya pradesh branch ifsc no sbin0000474.

    I have taken home loan in account no [protected] and home loan account is [protected] in same branch.

    I am paying emi rs 11521.00 / month regularly through netbanking in account no [protected] for auto debiting the emi in account no [protected] which was being done regularly till december 2016.

    I was surprised on 14.06.2017 that home loan amount increased approx rs 98000 from previous financial year ending.

    I contacted above said branch through contact nos given in online net system also contacted through various ways but there were no respond (No body pick up the phone.

    After contact with mr. Rajeev nema, he checked and given me a statement showing balance rs 904763.00. There was no proper response by mr. Nema who was looking the such home loan work support.

    Then, i contacted other sbi branch and got the problem within a minutes that my saving account balance keep on hold without any accountability from sbi satna branch, ifsc no sbin0000474.

    The actual balance would be below rs 800000.00

    This is the status of becoming new india, case less india.

    Now, i request to sbi bank to analyze and reconsider the payed monthly emi rs 11521 / month @ 10.85% on regular basis without surplus interest and on actual interest rate as per govt rules.

    You are also requested to kindly instruct to concern persons that will not repeat and break the code of conduct of the banking system.

      I have sbi saving account in chemmad branch. I recharged my mobile with internet banking system from sbi anywhere application. I dont get that money in mobile balance but lose in my sbi account. It happened not only one time, several time

      What can i do for refund that lost money to my sbi account.

        Hi i got a call from [protected], it is fake call and they have charged me 4999 from my credit card. I dont know who shared my details to them. Now this phone no. Is switched off. I need to trace this number and revert back my money from them. I think sbi and big bazaar have some tie up and they sell their credit card in big bazaar, by forcing the customer and with no time in document approval and all those things. I think my documents were shared to third person and i got a call them. Finally my credit card got 4999 rupees deducted.
        I appeal to consumer court to take an action regarding this.

          सर मेरा खाता स्टेट बेंक आफ इंडिया की उज्जैन शाखा क्रमांक 30522 मॆ विगत कई वर्षों से संचालित हो रहा है आज दिनांक[protected] को मॆ अपने करेंट खाता क्रमांक [protected] की जानकारी लेने गया तो मेरे साथ शाखा प्रबंधक द्वारा अशोभनीय व्यवहार किया गया और मुझे खाते की जानकारी देने मॆ आना कानी की गई एवं मुझ पर एन्ड्रोइड फोन खरीद कर ऐप द्वारा जानकारी चेक करने के लिये दबाव बनाया गया जो की बेंक के नियम के विपरीत है बेंक की हर सुविधा के लिये बेंक ग्राहक से सेवा शुल्क लेती है फिर ग्राहकों के साथ बेंक कर्मचारियों द्वारा दुर्यव्यवहार करना सेवा मॆ कमी की श्रेणी मे आता है

            This is regarding a misleading information to issue digital debit card replacing the old one. They contacted and informed that the new card will be issued on monday and then credited some additional reward points for using this card and the points will expire within two months. Though i lost my money, i want others should not lose money in this manner further.
            The number from which they contacted is [protected]. Meanwhile they were sending the messages such as "dear customer your card 4xxxx7999 promocode is snp104301 so that code you have to use this reward points with in 2 month. Thank you regards: state bank of india"this msg received from phone no.[protected] on 14.6.2017 between 5.30pm and 5.45 pm. For further messages sent they asked the otp number which was totaly misleading. That is how they contacted and transfered the money. From sbi account i lost 12000/= and from sbt account rs.10000. The message was like this : "thank you for using your sbi debit card 521xx1422 for a purchase worth rs.5000 on pos ideamoney at ideamoney txn#01732 and also txn#014246 (Sbt) and sbi msg was"thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx0299 for a purchase worth rs.2000.0 on pos [protected] at paytm mobile solutions txn#87340 and "thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx0299 for a purchase worth rs.9998.0 on pos [protected] at airtelmoney txn#752617.
            I agree that it is my mistake to inform the otp nos. But still as it is in the name of sbi i trusted and if any chance is there, please peruse these transactions and block further betrayals like this and any help is possible to save my money lost.

              Speed post, speed post reference number –

Its very urgent to let me know the status of this docket. I can track it many time on site but i can't found the correct address.

                  I am an account holder of your bank at katrasgarh branch. The branch code is - 1228
                  I went to the bank yesterday to update my passbook. The machine said that the barcode which is on the back of the passbook is wrong.
                  So they said they will change it and they did. But they said it wont work instantly you have to come the next day to get it updated.
                  So i came here today
                  N today the machine is saying your passbook dont have any barcode
                  They said i have to update my kyc
                  Thats alright
                  They could have informed me this yesterday only!
                  And now i am saying that 'sir its important do it like anyway' but they are like we dont have any people in counter no. 4 we cant do it. U have to update the kyc and then u have to do it with the passbook machine only.

                  Sbi Dehli gate branch Aligarh.. today's 06/07/2017.. employee is working on counter number 3 at customer services.. he have lack of sense of humour Nd his behavior is very bad. He is behaving like as unreasonable employee for customers and also sbi . I have found very poor experience in dehli gate branch Aligarh.

                      Sir, i m holding salary account no.[protected] in sbi, bedi bundar road branch, jamnagar, gujarat. Since last april, 2017 i 've requesting the bank to get my passbook front page printed as this can be done only in the home branch. I have been told that the printer is out of order and the service engineer's services has been called for. It is more than two months the printer is neither repaired nor replaced with a new one.
                      I m very badly required to submit copy of front page of the pass book to lic for settling my claim. This delay has caused immense difficulty and the branch is not taking any positive step to meet the customers needs and the staff working in the branch are highly lethargic, nonchalant and have no sense of duty/devotion leave aside the manager.

                      Kindly look into the matter and the needful. I often hear people voicing not to transact in sbi and even pensioners are thinking of shifting their accounts to other banks because of this poor service.

                          I want to say that i have maestro card which has 19-digit atm card number.

                            State bank of india old panvel branch.. Today i went to deposit cash i used green machine so i got slip that i need to submit to deposit counter. When i went to counter he didn't accept my slip and money and told we don't accept here then i ask where should i submit then he told i don't know you only search i m not your slave, they don't talk nicely they are very rude so kindly take strict action even i found they are taking advantage of their positions and they will never come on time and very lazy to their work kindly take some action and make it worth

                                Sbi atm counter at sadar bazar jalandhar cantt is one of the busiest counters in jalandhar. It is housed in a newly renovated room, however, false cieling has caved in, no acs are working and out of three atm machines only one was dispensing money this evening. Sbi main br is 100 yards away and still cannot manage the functioning. Great resentment amongst veteran, servingfraternity and local civilians. Request proper services are restored.

                                    My credit card was used for unauthorized transaction at idea bill desk it was not done my me and unknowingly it was a fraud call. Request you to please raise this issue and investigate the matter. I want to know how can my credit card details are shared and where my money is utilized. Please ask them to stop this transaction.
