State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not clearing the cheque

Dear sir
We have submitted a cheque No.000220 dt 13/1/2017 for Rs.20000.00 which was deposited at SBI Dhawan Villa house No.05 Rani Bagh Khandwa Branch code - 11779Road Indore (MP) on 23rd Jan 2017 with account No. [protected] (Gyan Chand Pagare) but not credited to till date on said account .Manager SBI not responding in proper way and his working style is not as per professional.

Sir due to my phone change I'm having a new phone and new phone number so I want to change my phone number in my SBI Bank details. And I want to do SBI phone banking also. So please
