State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not converted my saving account to pmsp

I am a/c holder of sbi rairangpur and I applied for conversion of saving account into pmsp on 23/08/2016. Also requested to issue me silver card. but neither my saving account has been converted nor any information has been issue to me. Our higher authority pressing hard for early convert into pmsp. Hence kindly issue suitable direction to my home branch to convert my account to pmsp and also issue me silver card please. My account number and home branch details is noted below for immediate action.
